Return Policy
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can request a return if it is within a 30 day purchase window. Item must be in new condition, sanitary sticker must still be attatched.
How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@fleuriswim.com with your order number and reason for return.
What items are non-returnable?
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged are not eligible for return. Swimwear is a hygiene-sensitive product, so we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your return and verify that it meets our return conditions, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Sizing Guide
Top sizing is based on cup size.
We suggest : A-B - XS, B-C - S,C-D - M, D-DD - L, DD-E - XL
Bottom sizing is based on NZ standard sizing.
6-XS, 8-S, 10-M, 12-L, 14-XL
